Corsicana —
W.T. And Jerry Gregory celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Sept. 12, 2011. They were married Sept. 12, 1961 at the Church of Christ in Waxahachie, Texas by their friend Rev. John L. Craig.
They settled in the Dallas/Fort Worth area where W.T. finished college at the University of Texas at Arlington and was employed by the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas for 36 years before his retirement. Jerry worked at home raising the children. W.T., Jerry and the children moved back to Mildred, Texas on the family home place in 1983 where she raised registered Polled Hereford cattle and W.T. continued his work in Dallas until his retirement in 1998. They now spend their time traveling in their motor home with church camping groups and enjoying their grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
They have a son William “Bill” Gregory of Corsicana and wife Barbara Ann, daughter Kim Gregory Steele of Andrews, Texas and husband Dale, and son Ray Adams of Midlothian, Texas and wife Tonya. They have seven grandchildren; Ashley and Joey Taylor of Tyler, Allison and Derrick Wilbanks of Brownsboro, Airman Matthew Steele of San Antonio, Kaitlin Steele of Andrews, Austin Adams of Midlothian, Jess Ann Parsons of Austin, and Graham Coker of Mildred, and great-grandchildren Brian Colston of Tyler and Seth Wilbanks of Brownsboro.
A reception celebrating their 50 years of marriage will be given by their children the latter part of October.

Moore 50th Anniversary
Kenneth and Gladys Moore of Tomball, formerly of Corsicana, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with an outdoor dinner party at the home of Dr. Keith Moore and family in Crosby on Saturday, April 28, 2012. They were married on April 20, 1962 in Rosehill. Kenneth was a teacher and coach in Corsicana for 23 years and Gladys was an elementary teacher.

Billy Don and Martha Watkins celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Saturday, May 5, 2012. They were married on May 5, 1962 at Memorial Baptist Church in Corsicana. They have two sons and daughters-in-law, Terry and Ann Watkins and Lance and Damara Watkins, and two grandsons, Grayson and Graham Watkins, all of Corsicana.

Charles Fincher and Dixie Ivie eloped March 3, 1962 in Durant, Okla.
Charles is the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. E.T. Fincher of Corsicana. Dixie is the daughter of the late Mr. Curtis Ivie and Mary Ann Ivie of Corsicana. -

Guy and Martha Anderson will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on March 3, 2012. Honoring the occasion are the couple's children and grandchildren as they host a reception from 2 to 4 p.m. in the Assembly Center at First Baptist Church Ponca City, Oklahoma.
