Jake and Neoma Allen will observe their 60th wedding anniversary Aug. 31, 2009. She is the former Neoma Collins. They were married in Corsicana where they remained. They were both involved in public education. They are active members of First United Methodist Church, Friendship Sunday School Class and Neoma is active in United Methodist Women.
