The Rev. Marcus Green and Trina Green celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary Jan. 1, 2010. The couple are members of New Cornerstone Baptist Church where Marcus is the associate pastor. Both are employed at True Value. Rev. Marcus is attending Navarro College, and will graduate in May 2010 from the oil and gas technology program.
Marcus and Trina are the son and daughter of Joanne Green, Vernon and Mary Jo Washington, and Wilbert and Diane Jackson. The couple resides in Goodlow. They are also parents of Breanna Cleveland, Marcus Cleveland, Candace Bradford, Trey Lindsey, Taymont Lindsey, Shamara Taylor, and De’Raveon Crawford.
The couple is grateful that God has blessed them in all aspects of life, and appreciates prayers of their friends and loved ones. Marcus and Trina believe in “true love,” and that they are living proof it exists. They believe in God, from where all blessings come.
