Daily Sun photo/Raymond Linex Construction crews work on the subgrade underneath Seventh Avenue Wednesday afternoon. Traffic won't be able to cross all the way across Seventh Avenue at 20th and 24th streets while construction pours hot mix and concrete Friday through Monday. The street crossings should be reopened by next Tuesday.
