Rice — Navarro County Emergency Management Coordinator Eric Meyers had his video camera rolling to capture video of the tornado that struck Rice on Sunday, Oct. 24, 2010.
Then, the twister took a sharp turn and headed across the highway he was on, about 100 yards away.
The video has made its way across the world via the Internet, and this version includes additional video taken as the storm passed Meyers and continued to the eastern part of the county.
