— John and Wanda Spain of Blooming Grove are pleased to announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Lacy Spain to Jimmy Jumper of Waxahachie, Texas.
Lacy is the granddaughter of Mary Baker and the late Thurman Baker of Corsicana, and Jimmie Spain and the late Robert “Bob” Spain of Richland. She is a graduate of Blooming Grove High School and Tarleton State University. She is currently employed by the USDA Farm Service Agency in Hill County.
Jimmy is the son of Kyle and Linda Jumper of Frost, and Linda Jumper of Midlothian. He is a graduate of Midlothian High School and is currently employed by Jumper Drywall and Acoustics and competes in the PRCA tie down calf roping.
The wedding is scheduled for March 27, 2010 in Corsicana.
