Mrs. Jamie Adams of Sandy, Utah and Mr. John Lawrence Teas of New Albany, Ohio announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Leslie Alexandra Teas, to Mr. Scott Joseph Adams of Sandy, Utah.

Alex is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Darwin Green of Corsicana, Texas, Mrs. Margo Adams of El Paso, Texas and Mr. Paul C. Teas of Dallas, Texas. She is a 2002 graduate of Brighton High School in Cottonwood Heights, Utah. She graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations and was a member of Delta Gamma Sorority. Alex is currently employed as the director of sales for the Trio Restaurant Group in Salt Lake City.

Scott is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Keith Adams of Cottonwood Heights, Utah. He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Glen Overly of Provo, Utah and Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Adams, also of Provo. Scott is a 2002 graduate of Brighton High School. He graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Scott is currently employed as an engineer with Millcreek Engineering in Cottonwood Heights.

A May 14 wedding is planned in Los Cabos, Mexico. The couple will make their home in Sandy, Utah.
