Dr. and Mrs. David Edwards, Pastor of First Baptist Church, Corsicana are pleased to announce the upcoming marriage of their daughter, Kathryn Elisabeth Edwards to Mr. Brian David Mullaney.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Dr. and Mrs. George Dawson of Abilene and Mrs. Joan Edwards and the late Rev. Glenn J. Edwards of Clovis, N.M. She is a 2003 graduate of Georgetown High School, and a 2006 graduate of Baylor University where she earned a BA in Religion and Public Relations. She received a Master of Arts in Christian Education from Southwestern Seminary in 2008. She is employed as Preschool Minister at Main Street Baptist Church in Georgetown.
The bride-groom elect is the son of John and Michele Mullaney of Georgetown. He is a 1995 graduate of Georgetown High School and a 2000 graduate from the University of Texas where he earned a BA in Psychology. He is employed as a Juvenile Probation Officer for Williamson County Juvenile Services.
The couple plans a September 19, 2009 wedding at Main Street Baptist Church in Georgetown. The bride’s great-grandparents were married there in 1928, and her grandparents also exchanged their vows in that church in 1952.
Upon returning from their honeymoon in Jamaica they will make Georgetown their home.
