Dr. David King, left, new chief of staff at Navarro Regional Hospital, presents an award to outgoing chief of staff Dr. Joe Saucedo at the NRH medical staff meeting held Jan. 20. Saucedo assumed the duties for almost two years due to the previous chief leaving the community. Normally the position is held for one year.
