Curtis and Virginia Reese of Corsicana are pleased to announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Jessica Ranae Reese to Phillip Joseph Walker Green, son of Steven Green Sr. and Jeff and Denna Smith of Corsicana.
The wedding is scheduled for 6 p.m. April 6, 2013 at the Navarro College Cook Center.

Robert Keith Shimonek of the United States Navy was recently promoted from MN2(sw) to MN1(sw) while deployed in 5th Fleet Bahrain for the fourth time. He has currently done a 10, 8, 9, and 7 month tour in 4 years overseas. Pictured are Shimonek (left) and friend MN1(sw) Michael Prendergast. He is scheduled to come home in late June 2013.

Navarro County Treasurer Frank Hull was notified of his nomination for Outstanding County Treasurer by the County Treasurer's Association of Texas (CTAT) Chairman of the Nomination Committee, Donna Kelly, Erath County Treasurer. The winner is determined by a vote of the 250 membership in May. Only five are nominated each year.

Another Daviss adventure is under our belts. Our travel and airport experience went fairly smoothly considering we were travelling with three boys, four suitcases, a stroller and two car seats. But we did make it through everything unscathed, and returned safely.
