As of March 31, 2012, Delena G. Jock, a service technician at Brinson Ford, achieved the status of Senior Master for the first time. Awards for this achievement include the Masters Trophy, Senior Master Plaque, 2012 Senior Master Medallion, 2012 Senior Master Technician Magnet and Senior Master Lapel Pin. Delena completed over 550 hours of Ford training to achive this status and is one of 328 technicians in the Dallas Region who holds this status.

In addition, she also achieved Drivetrain Master status for the first time. She received the Drivetrain Plaque and 2012 Ingot. Delena is one of 358 technicians in the Dallas Region who hold this status.

As vehicle techonology progresses, it requires increased levels of knowledge and skill for technicians to effectively complete advanced diagnostic and repair operations. This commitment fulfills customers’ expectations that their vehicles are repaired by highly-skilled, factory-trained technicians.
