Corsicana — The Navarro County Commissioners Court is scheduled to meet in regular session at 10 a.m. Monday in the County Courtroom of the Navarro County Courthouse.

Agenda items for Monday’s meeting include:

• Approve the minutes from the previous meetings of Jan. 25 and Feb. 1, 2010.

• Approve and pay bills as submitted by the County Auditor.

• Consideration of disposing of surplus electronic equipment.

• Consideration of approving bid price reduction for road materials purchases from Lone Star.

• Present payment in lieu of taxes by Corsicana Housing Authority.

• Consideration of purchasing a backhoe for Precinct 2.

• Consideration of contract for legal services with Terry Jacobson.

A public forum time is scheduled at the beginning of each commissioners meeting for members of the public that would like to address the court.

Early voting will be held from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays Monday thru Friday May 14 through May 18, and May 21 through May 25, 2012, in the basement of the Navarro County Courthouse, 300 W. Third Ave., Corsicana.
Early voting will be held on the weekend from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday May 19, and from noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday, May 20, in the basement of the Navarro County Courthouse, 300 W. Third Ave., Corsicana.

The meeting was moved from Monday, May 28, due to the Memorial Day holiday.
