American Legion Post 22, 632 N. Beaton St., invites members and their guests for an evening of DJ Alan Karaoke from 8:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. No cover charge. Post will open at 2 p.m. That same evening, the post will have a fish fry dinner fundraiser with all proceeds going to the Legionaires. CISD enrollment up 100 in new school year

The Texas Department of Public Safety has designated a sexually violent sex offender from Dallas with ties to Corsicana as one of the most wanted fugitives in the state of Texas — and increased the reward for his capture to $5,000.
