Navarro County Sheriff's report

From reports released by the Navarro County Sheriff’s Department on Thursday, Sept. 17, 2009:



• Deputy Casey Gaston responded to a report of criminal mischief over $20/under $500 on FM 85 in Chatfield.

• Deputy Jeff Harbuck responded to a report of burglary of a habitation in the 6000 block of South Interstate 45.

• Deputy Gary Lane responded to a report of burglary of a habitation in the 700 block of Elm Flatt Road in Powell.

• Deputy Casey Gaston responded to a report of violation of a protective order in the 500 block of Jimlot Drive in Kerens.

• Sgt. Ricky Hightower made an arrest for no drivers license and no insurance at FM 2555 and SWCR 1040.
