Kayem Pipe and Steel
Kayem Pipe and Steel Company will have a ground breaking next Friday for its new terminal, HKI Terminal LLC, at 915 SE CR 0010 in Corsicana. The terminal will be a first-class pipe yard designed to provide state of the art storage and inventory control for oil country tubular goods, oilwell casing, tubing and line pipe managed by LTI Transportation.
Molina Healthcare
Molina Healthcare of Texas, a managed-care company with a contract with Medicaid, is expanding into the Dallas area, including Dallas, Collin, Ellis, Hunt, Kaufman, Navarro and Rockwall Counties. This means Molina Healthcare will now be able to provide STAR+PLUS to low-income individuals and families in these counties.
Molina Healthcare is a managed care organization that has been serving solely the low-income population for 30 years in 10 states across the nation. According to Hispanic Business, Molina Healthcare, a physician-led and family-owned company, is the largest Hispanic-owned business in the nation.
The contract award to Molina Healthcare of Texas is contingent upon its successful negotiation and execution of a final contract with Texas Health and Human Services. The contract start date is expected to be in the first quarter of 2011.

RE/MAX of Corsicana welcomes two new agents to their staff of real estate professional with the addition of Gayla Gober and Aric Bonner.
Gober is a Broker Associate and brings with her 20+ years of experience and expertise. Gober is also designated as an e-pro specialist.
Gober served as President of the Navarro County Board of Realtors for 2 yrs., vice president for 2 yrs., and also as secretary. Gober holds a degree in finance and was a previous owner/partner of her own real estate company; she also has 18 years experience in banking. Through these experiences she has acquired a great deal of knowledge on what it takes to be successful and what customers want in a Realtor.
She is a native of Corsicana and married to Gary and they have two children; son, Lance Gober; and daughter and son-in-law Lacy and Rhett Winter, and one precious granddaughter, Lana Gober. She is an active member of Cornerstone Baptist Church as church clerk, choir member, and building committee member.
After merging her office, Gober has worked the past two years out of a corporate office located in Waxahachie, while still serving Navarro County. “I am very excited about joining RE/MAX of Corsicana so I can office in Corsicana again. I also look forward to working at Re/Max Lakeside Dreams, the Richland Chamber Lake office, as well. Since I believe in giving 110 percent to my clients I wanted to join an office that was innovative in technology, advertising, and education. This is why I chose RE/MAX! Bonner brings a wealth of business experience and knowledge about Navarro County. Bonner is actively involved in Navarro County’s development and continued growth. His community involvement includes contributions to Navarro College, Rotary Club of Navarro County, and most recently as the President of the Corsicana & Navarro County Chamber of Commerce.
