• Officer Sean Eggleston responded to a report of theft in the 600 block of Bryan’s Way.
• Officer Daniel Putman responded to a report of aggravated assault/family violence in the 700 block of East 10th Avenue.
• Officer Jeran Garner responded to a report of burglary of a habitation in the 1600 block of East 13th Avenue.
• Officer Travis Wallace responded to a report of burglary of a residence in the 3200 block of West Park Row.
• Officer Angela Reed made an arrest for possession of a controlled substance over four grams/under 200 grams in the 3000 block of North Business 45.
Navarro County Sheriff’s Department
• Deputy Kris Matthews responded to a report of criminal mischief in the 100 block of North School Avenue in Dawson.
• Deputy Fredia Wafer responded to a report of criminal mischief in the 500 block of Milam in Richland.
• Deputy Mike Wolver responded to an animal complaint in the 9500 block of NECR 1060.
• Deputy Tommy Grant responded to a report of a family disturbance in the 500 block of West Fannin in Rice.
• Deputy Fredia Wafer responded to a report of theft of property in the 13000 block of Rudy’s Way in Streetman.
• Deputy Scott Stephens responded to a report of theft on SWCR 2410 in Wortham.
• Deputy Ricky Hightower responded to a report of theft in the 200 block of South Austin in Richland.
• Deputy Fredia Wafer responded to a report of burglary of a habitation in the 3200 block of NECR 1060 in Powell.
• Deputy Jason Earles responded to a report of theft on FM 2859 in Powell.

Bench ceremony honors Lisa Miller — tireless worker, clogger
