The Air Force has gotten the City of Corsicana’s request to have the F-4 jet on display at Navarro College moved to some other city, but the lucky destination hasn’t been chosen yet.
The officer in charge of static displays for the National Museum of the United States Air Force said the decision could take as little as 90 days and as long as a year, according to City Manager Connie Standridge, city manager.
“She has a waiting list of people who want F-4 displays,” Standridge said. “These things just take time.”
The plane will remain at Navarro College until a decision is made on where it will go next.
