Second suspect in aggravated robbery arrested
Investigators have made a second arrest in connection with the Oct. 20 aggravated robbery and shooting of a Navarro College student at an off-campus apartment complex.
On Thursday, Terrell Police arrested Olando Ishade Kennedy, 22, in connection with the aggravated robbery and shooting of Jeremiah Blair.
Kennedy was later transferred to the Navarro County Jail, where he was arraigned by Justice of the Peace Connie Mayfield. Mayfield set Kennedy’s bond at $200,000.
The Corsicana Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Division is still pursuing leads on another suspect in connection with the incident.
