Corsicana — Oil City Iron Works, one of the city's oldest employers, was honored as the top donor to United Way of Navarro County in the agency's 2013 campaign.
The company took over the lead in donations to the local charitable umbrella, surpassing the previous leader True Value with a $34,465 donation.
