Corsicana — An adult female was struck by a pickup truck Wednesday evening on West Seventh Avenue near 34th Street.
The accident occurred about 8 p.m. Wednesday in the westbound lanes of West Seventh Avenue, about one-half block from 34th Street.
The woman was reported by police to be alert and responsive, and her injuries did not appear to be life-threatening.
She was transported by air ambulance to a Dallas hospital.
Corsicana Police are continuing the investigation. The driver of the pickup truck was not injured.
The woman's identity has not been released by authorities.
