  Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) site will be open from 2 to 7 p.m., in the rear addition of the Corsicana YMCA.   Low income individuals and the elderly can get assistance from the VITA site in filing  their 2011 tax return.  The volunteers are limited to only basic tax returns and individuals with more complicated returns may be referred to local preparers when the scope of the return exceeds the VITA limits.  For more specific information contact George Burrell at (903) 879-2091 or Stuart Schoppert at (903) 875-9310.
