From reports released by the Navarro County Sheriff’s Department on Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2009:



• Sgt. Jason Earles responded to a report of theft over $750/under $20,000 in the 2200 block of FM 637.

• Deputy Casey Gaston responded to a report of theft over $1,500/under $20,000 in the 3400 block of NECR 0160 in Rice.

• Sgt. Johnny Lake responded to a report of assault/family violence in the 5000 block of NWCR 1041.

• Deputy Casey Gaston responded to a report of burglary of a habitation in the 3400 block of NECR 0160 in Rice.

• Deputy Casey Gaston responded to a report of criminal mischief over $20/under $500 in the 200 block of North Interstate 45 in Richland.

• Deputy Scott Wiley responded to a report of criminal mischief on FM 55 North in Silver City.

• Deputy Mike Wolver responded to a report of theft over $1,500/under $20,000 in the 200 block of NWPR 0190C in Rice.
