A Navarro County Grand Jury Thursday returned an indictment against a Corsicana High School student alleged to have texted a threat of violence just before Christmas break.
Troy Keith Bullard, 17, was indicted on charges of false alarm or report. The Corsicana Independent School District police obtained a warrant for Bullard after investigating the source of the alleged threat.
Also indicted Thursday was Brian Abrigo on charges of robbery and evading arrest. Abrigo is alleged to have committed a robbery at the CVS Pharmacy, shoving an employee after he was allegedly found hiding merchandise in this clothing. He was apprehended a few blocks from the store after a brief chase.
Grand jurors issued a total of 41 indictments Thursday. There were four cases that were no-billed.
