Corsicana —
Stephen Lee Nave, 44, of Hubbard, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 24, 2012 in Paris.
Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 28, 2012 at Wade Funeral Chapel in Hubbard with Rev. Baron Harris and Pastor Butch Boatright officiating. Interment will follow in Cottonwood Cemetery. Viewing and visitation will be on Sunday before the services from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m..
Stephen was born Nov. 16, 1967 in Yuma, Ariz. to Raymond Lee and Pamila (Stephens) Nave. He worked as a pipeline welder for Michels Pipeline Construction, Inc. and had been a resident of the Hubbard area since 2001. Stephen was a member of the Hubbard Cowboy Church.
He was preceded in death by his mother.
Survivors include his wife, Robin Nave of Hubbard; father, Raymond Nave and wife, Patricia of Sweet Home, Oregon; step-father, Mike Loftin of China Spring; eight children, Scotty Ray Nave of Hubbard, Lacey Marie Nave Williamson and husband, Josh of Winchester, Va., Brandy Raquel Nave of Corsicana, Cody J.L. Nave of Hubbard, Stephen Blake Wagner of Hubbard, Cory Christopher Nave of Hubbard, Logan Keith Nave of Hubbard and Natalie Shyanne Grace Nave of Hubbard; one grandson, Austin Frank Williamson of Winchester, Va.; an aunt, Judy Newman of Arizona; a cousin, Stephane Aguilar and husband, Kaj of Yuma, Ariz.; brothers, Justin Nave, James Stone and wife, Dana of Arizona, Michael Loftin and wife, Sheila of Lewisville and Jerry Loftin and wife, Lisa of China Spring; sisters, Tammy Renee Castillo and husband, Eddie of Hubbard, Tammy Marie Stone Pursley and husband, David of Arizona, April Ann Stone of Oregon, Rhonda Machac of China Spring and Teresa Loftin of China Spring and numerous nieces and nephews and the numerous children who Stephen took in over the years, sometimes for as little as 30 days and others up to three years.
Pallbearers will be Tim Thatcher, Douglas Stuckley, Ronny Moser, Nathan Winborne, Matt Adams and Harris Griggs.
