Corsicana — Mrs. Clarice Proctor Williams, 77, of Frost, passed away Nov. 27, 2012 in Corsicana. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 8, at the Coming of Christ Full Gospel Church, 2437 Derrs Chapel Rd. in Italy, Texas with Pastor Joe Jackson and Rev. October Thomas, Eulogist. She will be buried in Frost Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. Friday at M.R. Smith Parlor for Funerals.
