Corsicana — Irene C. Watson, 83, of Penelope passed away Thursday, September 2, 2010 at a Hillsboro hospital. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. on Thursday, September 9, at Collinswood Baptist Church, 1030 City Park Avenue, Portsmouth, Virginia with interment to follow in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens in Chesapeake, Virginia. The family will receive friends from 1 to 3 p.m. on Sunday, September 5, at Wade Funeral Home in Hubbard.
