Corsicana —
Mark Kyser Harris, 58, of Corsicana passed away Sunday, Oct. 14, 2012 at Navarro Regional Hospital.
He was born Aug. 29, 1954 to Rollin L. Harris and Vivian K. Harris, and was raised in Corsicana. Mark earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Abilene Christian University, where he was a member of S.A.W.B., East Texas chapter. He was self-employed in the construction industry for 35 years. He was a member of Kerens Church of Christ.
Mark loved his family and spending quality time with good friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Rollin Harris; mother, Vivian Harris; sister, Kathy Wray Mitchell; brother-in-law, Raymond Wray; and nephew, Chris Mitchell.
Mark is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Gerry and Kay Lynn Harris of Corsicana. He is also survived by nephews Greg Harris and Todd Harris, both of Dallas; nephew Rodney Wray of Kaufman; niece Julie Beth Fox of College Grove, Tenn., and nieces Jane Lucas, Julie Mayo and Jill Castellano, all of Kaufman.
Funeral service for Mark will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 21, 2012 at North Beaton Church of Christ, Corsicana, followed by a visitation with family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Mark’s memory may be made to the Kerens Church of Christ or the American Heart Association.
