The Lady Tigers came into this season as a young team with big playoff aspirations.
Those hopes will have to wait another year.
Corsicana lost to Whitehouse 51-47 on senior night at Tiger Gym, as four players played in their final home game.
They were almost a part of a miracle comeback. The Lady Tigers scored the final 13 points of the game, but missed seven free throws in the fourth quarter that held up a great rally.
Calae Wilson and Alexis Baston combined for 10 points in the fourth quarter. Baston led the Lady Tigers with nine points while Erica Melendez had eight points.
Corsicana trailed 27-17 at halftime and by as many as 18 points in the fourth quarter.
