Three jurors were agreed upon by prosecution and defense counsel as of Wednesday morning for the upcoming capital murder trial of Cameron Todd Willingham.
Willingham, 24, is accused of the Dec. 23, 1991, deaths of his three children in a house fire police suspect the father to have deliberately set to collect on life insurance policies on the small girls.
Two jury members were selected Tuesday and the third today. Jury selection is expected to continue throughout this week and into Saturday if necessary.
The trial is tentatively scheduled to begin Monday.
