Jennifer Lynn Wren of Dawson and Wade Alexander Gillen of Barry are pleased to announce that they united in marriage at 1 p.m. on April 21, 2011.

Jennifer is the daughter of Mike and Mary Wren of Dawson, and Mike and Rita Sowell of Thornton. Wade is the son of Loyd and Johnita Gillen of Barry

The couple exchanged vows on the beachfront in a special sand ceremony along the majestic shores of the Caribbean Island of St. Lucia.

Following the ceremony Jennifer and Wade continued their honeymoon at the Sandal’s Resort cradled on both sides by the Atlantic Ocean, on St. Lucian’s sheltered mile-long beach. Snorkeling and sightseeing were among the adventures the couple enjoyed and will always remember to mark the beginning of thier life together.

The couple is making their home in Barry.
