Miss Leslie Alexandra “Alex” Teas and Mr. Scott Adams were united in marriage on Friday, May 14, 2010, at 5 p.m. at the Dreams Resort in Los Cabos, Mexico. The ceremony was officiated by the Rev. Marco Archilegia. Following the ceremony, cocktails and hors d’oeurves were served while photographs were taken. After cocktails, a poolside dinner reception was held.
On the eve of the wedding the couple hosted a dinner cruise for all wedding guests around the Baja coastline.
Alex is the daughter of Mrs. Jamie Adams of Sandy, Utah, and Mr. John L. Teas of New Albany, Ohio. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. Darwin Green of Corsicana, Texas, Mrs. Margo Adams of El Paso, Texas, and Mr. Paul C. Teas Jr. of Dallas, Texas. Scott is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Keith Adams of Cottonwood Heights, Utah. He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Glen Overly of Provo, Utah, and Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Adams, also of Provo, Utah.
Escorted by her father, the bride wore a customized satin beaded gown by San Patrick for Pronovias. The gown was ruched to the hip with crystal beading throughout the ruching and on the bodice. The sweetheart neckline had sheer crystal beaded straps. The back was deep scooped with self-covered buttons. Her matching fingertip veil was edged in crystal beading and she wore a cymbidium orchid in her hair. She carried a bouquet of roses, cymbidium orchids, and Oriental lilies in various shades of pink.
Serving as bridesmaids were Jessica Burns of Tucson, Ariz., Emily Rogers of Salt Lake City, Utah, and Laura Haslam of Draper, Utah, sister of the groom. Junior bridesmaids were Laura Teas, and Sarah Teas of New Albany, Ohio, and Katy Adams of Sandy, Utah, all sisters of the bride. All attendants wore coordinating raspberry pink satin dresses and carried bouquets of white roses and oriental lilies. Serving as groomsmen were Christian Fullmer, Chris Rogers, and Nicholas Adams, brother of the bride, all of Salt Lake City, Utah.
Alex is a graduate of the University of Utah, with a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations. She is currently employed by Trio Restaurant Group in Salt Lake City, Utah. Scott is also a graduate of the University of Utah, with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, and is currently employed by Mllcreek Engineering in Cottonwood Heights.
Following their extended stay in Cabo, Alex and Scott are at home in Sandy, Utah.

Emily Ann Bates and Daniel Keith Hanzus were united in marriage at 6:30 p.m. on May 12, 2012 in an outside ceremony at The Vista on Seward Hill in Austin, Texas. Officiating the ceremony were Kenneth Bates, cousin to the bride and the Honorable Phillip Zeigler with scripture reading by Matthew Price. A cocktail hour, dinner and dancing followed at the venue. On the eve of the wedding, a rehearsal dinner was hosted by the groom's parents at Stubb's Barbeque; also in Austin.
