Jennifer Worsham and Kyle Britt were united in matrimony on July 17, 2010, at a southern plantation, “Heaven on Earth”, in Missouri City. The Rev. Kruse officiated.
The bride’s parents are Gary and Susan Worsham of Katy.
Parents of the groom are Ken and Sandy Britt of Houston.
The bride wore a stunning satin ivory, strapless, mermaid gown, with a sweetheart neckline, and exquisite floral embroidery work on the beautiful fit to flared bodice. The dress laced up the back, and the back of the skirt was pleated, with a chapel length train. She carried a hand tied bouquet, with fuchsia and light bubblegum pink sweetheart roses.
Lisa Worsham of Katy, sister of the bride, served as maid of honor. Christine Stanley of Katy, college friend of the bride, served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Katy Pisciolo, and Rebecca Norcini, cousin of the bride.
Skylare Tallinger was the flower girl, and Travis Britt, Nephew of the groom served as ring bearer.
Lance Britt and Travis Britt, brothers of the groom, both served as best men. Groomsmen were Zach Boykin and Paul Prestwood, friends of the groom. Travis Proctor, of Houston, served as usher.
The wedding ceremony decorations in the chapel at the southern plantation, “Heaven on Earth” included candles and many beautiful ivory flowers. After seating the parents, Soloist Erica Fenderson sang, “When I Fall in Love.” At the close of the wedding ceremony, the bride and groom lit an ivory and silver unity candle, with two hearts. After the lighting of the candle, “I Don’t Wanna Miss a Thing”, was played by Aerosmith, and then the couple, Mr. and Mrs. Kyle Britt, were presented to the wedding guests.
A reception followed the Tiffany Ballroom at the Southern Plantation. The round guest tables were decorated with fresh flower arrangements of fuchsia and pink sweetheart roses, and gerber daisies. Each guest chair was tied with a big fuchsia bow on the back. A beautiful ice sculpture, of two hearts, graced the buffet table. Guests enjoyed a buffet dinner, and a night of dancing to the couple’s favorite music.
The bridal cake was made by Cakes by Gina, in Houston. The four-teird square amaretto weddng cake, with amaretto filling, and buttercream icing was decorated with fuchsia and pink rose shaped sugar flowers. The bottom of the cake was sprinkled with fuchsia and pink rose petals. The groom’s cake, also made by Cakes by Gina, was chocolate with buttercream icing. Decoration on the cake was a detailed black and silver guitar, a replica of the groom’s guitar, and surrounded by milk chocolate tuxedo strawberries.
After returning from their honeymoon in Jamaica, Grand Cayman, and Cozumel Mexico, the couple is at home in Sugarland.
Jennifer, Graduate of Texas Tech University, with a BA, is a teacher in Fort Bend school district. Kyle, graduate from University of Houston, with a BA, is a retail supervisor for Target Corporation.
Kyle is the great nephew of Joyce and Howard Jackson, of Powell, and the late Lera and Hoyt Moore of Corsicana.

Emily Ann Bates and Daniel Keith Hanzus were united in marriage at 6:30 p.m. on May 12, 2012 in an outside ceremony at The Vista on Seward Hill in Austin, Texas. Officiating the ceremony were Kenneth Bates, cousin to the bride and the Honorable Phillip Zeigler with scripture reading by Matthew Price. A cocktail hour, dinner and dancing followed at the venue. On the eve of the wedding, a rehearsal dinner was hosted by the groom's parents at Stubb's Barbeque; also in Austin.
