Tez Warren of Kerens and Kendall Fraim of Athens were joined in matrimony March 10, 2012 at a private ceremony with immediate family at the groom’s home in Athens.
Tez is the daughter of Rickie and Ann Holloway and Monty Warren, all of Kerens. She is the granddaughter of Mooney and Sug Holloway. She graduated from Kerens High School in 1999, earned her certification as a surgical technologist from Temple College in 2000, and attended UT Tyler School of Nursing in 2010. She has been employed by Baylor University Medical Center of Dallas since 2002.
Kendall is the son of William and Sue Fraim of Blackfoot, Texas. He is a 1989 graduate of Cayuga High School, and graduated from the University of Houston School of Pharmacy in 1993. Kendall is employed with East Texas Medical Center of Athens, and both the bride and groom are members of Life Fellowship of Athens.
The bride wore a magnificent Oleg Cassini design, a white strapless fit and flare lace gown with crystal-beaded empire waist and chapel train, accented by crystal-beaded floral detailing on bodice and skirt. She wore a white veil with crystal beading. Her bouquet was made of three dozen red roses. Both fathers of the bride gave her away.
Pastor Mathew Sims, bride’s cousin, joined the couple in matrimony. Heather Knotts, sister of the bride, served as maid of honor with a bouquet made of two dozen white roses. Luke Fraim, son of the groom, served his father as best man.
A reception followed the ceremony with dinner and a dance at the Athens Country Club, hosted by Rickie and Ann Holloway.
Assorted mini-cupcakes from the Tree House Cupcakes in Athens were served, along with an ice cream sundae bar from the Athens Country Club. Tables were decorated with white roses and white hydrangea centerpieces, accented by crystals scattered across black tablecloths, and the ambiance was carried a touch further with white ceiling draping over the dance floor.
The bride and groom had their first dance together and Mr. and Mrs. Fraim to the song “God Gave Me You.”
DJ Justin Florence with P3 Professional sound and lighting provided music, and Funky Monkey Photo Booth of Ennis was available. Wedding memories were recorded by Alamond Photography of Texarkana.
The bride and groom enjoyed a seven-day Caribbean Carnival Magic Cruise to Jamaica, Grand Cayman, and Cozumel.
They are now at home in Athens.

Emily Ann Bates and Daniel Keith Hanzus were united in marriage at 6:30 p.m. on May 12, 2012 in an outside ceremony at The Vista on Seward Hill in Austin, Texas. Officiating the ceremony were Kenneth Bates, cousin to the bride and the Honorable Phillip Zeigler with scripture reading by Matthew Price. A cocktail hour, dinner and dancing followed at the venue. On the eve of the wedding, a rehearsal dinner was hosted by the groom's parents at Stubb's Barbeque; also in Austin.
