Wendy Michelle Tucker and Dustin Wayne Bryant were united in marriage with a double ring ceremony on June 11, 2011, at the Stockyards Hotel Courtyard in Fort Worth, with Dr. Russell Vardell officiating.
The bride’s parents are Chuck and Judy Tucker of Corsicana, and the groom’s parents are Steve and Deborah Bryant of Richardson.
The maid of honor was the bride’s best friend since second grade, Emily Vardell, and the bridesmaids were her cousin, Rebecca Decker, Stacey Sullivan, and Angela Koch. The flower girl was Chloe Eubank.
The best man was David Langston, and the groomsmen were Chris Frank, Garrett Eubanks, and Phillip Jannetto. The ringbearer was Thomas Bohannon, and the usher was Jimmie Decker.
The bride’s cousin, Michael Pollard, provided acoustic guitar and keyboard accompaniment before and during the ceremony.
The bride wore a strapless satin ball gown with a fitted bodice and princess waist, with intricate pearl and beaded embroidery was featured on the entire bodice. The design was duplicated down the front of the skirt and around the scalloped hem. The 12-foot train was embellished with lace cut-outs, beading, and embroidery, as well as around the entire scalloped hem. The fingertip and floor length veil were lined with seed pearls sewn in by the bride’s mother.
The reception was held at the Stockyards Hotel. Guests enjoyed a buffet style dinner of beef brisket and cheese enchiladas.
The couple’s honeymoon was in the Caribbean at the Beaches Resort in the Turks and Caicos Island chain.
